Hebrew. To burst forth. To guide. To bring forth new life.
From the Hebrew root giach, to break forth, to draw out, to produce. A biblical place name in 2 Samuel 2:24, near the wilderness of Gibeon. Associated with springs, new beginnings, and the act of bringing something vital into the world.
We chose this name deliberately. In a moment when AI is reshaping every dimension of human life, GIAH exists to burst forth with wisdom, to guide leaders and communities through the transformation, and to bring forth a new era of humans who wield technology with intention, ethics, and care for one another.
The name carries our conviction: this is not an ending. It is a beginning.

Liz founded GIAH out of a conviction that the AI conversation needs to go deeper than productivity and profit. Deeper than tools and tutorials. All the way down to what it means to be human when the most powerful technology ever built is reshaping everything.
She spent 20+ years inside Fortune 500 companies (Verizon, TIAA-CREF, MeadWestvaco) leading transformation across operations, marketing, digital strategy, and change management. She knows the difference between strategy on a slide and strategy that actually changes how people work.
She then spent four years on church staff, visited 52 churches in 52 weeks, and authored curriculum designed to double an organization in a year. That cross-sector journey (corporate to faith-based, government to nonprofit, higher ed to K-12) revealed a pattern: the human challenges of AI are the same everywhere.
Today, as Founder of Nimbology and cofounder of AI Ready RVA, she helps organizations treat AI as a transformation opportunity that demands both strategic rigor and human wisdom.
She created the AI Thinking Model™, Double Your Team in One Day™, and the AI Coworker Blueprint™, proprietary frameworks that develop people's capacity to think, decide, and lead with AI.
Through GIAH, her mission is singular: ensure that as AI reshapes every sector of human life, humanity has champions in the room.
AI for us, not to us.
